So you have to comment by replying to the message. You can download the original patch file in mbox format (see the mbox link [1] next to Download) and import it into your mail program (like Thunderbird). Then you can hit on reply and your comment is threaded correctly as the Message-ID is put into the `Reply-To` or `Reference` header fields.
