All future notices regarding alpha releases will simply refer to this
web page rather than enumerating it's contents. There are no
restrictions on who may download alpha code. The caveat is 'use at your
own risk'.

Program now forces a save-as if the current filename is either
"default.f2s" or "new.f2s"
