There is no way that I know of to mark the logs. LoTW does not get rid
of dupes and I'm not sure there is a way a user can. You can submit
logs say on a monthly or weekly schedule. Then just rename the fldigi
log so you know where you are. You can also log onto LoTW and look at
the most recent QSO'S. 

If there is an easier way I would like to know about it.
