Generate ASDocs for private methods and properties

ASDocs only generates information for public and protected constants, methods
and properties. While this is fine for users of the Flex SDK, it would be
useful to developers of the SDK to have an option to have private properties
and methods generated in the documentation. (This option would be off by
default).
