of Adobe FlashBuilder.

Log:
The upcoming release of Adobe FlashBuilder expects flashbuilder-config.xml in
the root directory. This is one of the many checks FlashBuilder makes to
determine if the given directory is a Flex SDK. See the added README for
details.
