I haven't had time for a full review but a couple of things that pops up are:
a) background of the middle section with content:
- it should be gray on full page width not just grey rectangle with rounded
corners
- background image with "X" should be the same size all the time (regardless
content size in the section)
b) top, bottom
- it should be 100% width with box-shadow (something like: -webkit-box-shadow:
0px 3px 1px -2px #bcbcbc; box-shadow: 0px 3px 1px -2px #bcbcbc;)
c) menu
- selected state is missing for menu item (should look same as over state)
- menu items are jiggling a little on rollover
