The InstallApacheFlex application might like to use this update to it's
localisation scheme. The current version requires the creation of a local
variable, a 'read-only' property getter and a 'getString' line for every string
you want to make localisable (beside the obvious addition of that strings to
each of the locales). The suggested patch takes away the requirement for these
first 3 steps and dynamically creates the required properties on the
ViewResourceConstants singleton at runtime. It also contains minor changes
(some strings were not localised etc.).
