Hi Justin,
yes you are right. The editor was not set to UTF8 encoding. I must to setup an
environment for overcome this llittle things.
I created a new pull request with UTF8 fixed
https://github.com/apache/flex/pull/3
But please let Omar or other to try another way (not using patch) to integrate
this pull request.
