Description:
Ideally, for each check-in, we want not only a build on the CI server, we also
want to run Mustella to ensure that nothing breaks.
Given that a full test takes hours to complete, we might want a once a job that
runs the entire test suite. As well as a per file/changelist run for each
check-in.
