As far as I got it Falcon has two task Classes ... one acting as a replacement
for the MXMLC and one being a replacement for the COMPC compiler. So I guess
Falcon is equivalent to (MXML + COMPC). I was assuming this and now have found
confirmation on this.

As it stands from the outside, they are just replacements, from the inside each
compiler is night to day.
The compiler configuration args should be the same as well. Falcon replaces
MXMLC and COMPC.
