So, I may not be explaining my problem very well.

I have a flex project that has server settings. For example if I was inside
of FlexBuilder and created a new Flex Project and told it to connect to a
J2EE server and use LSDS to connect to the backend then it is tied to a
server.

If I run mvn flexmojos:flexbuilder on that project it wipes out all of those
settings. I can't see how to specify that it should connect to a J2EE
backend using the mojo. Make Sense?
