I am having exactly the same issue - FlashPlayer.exe available as part
of system path, but mvn fails with flex mojos v3.3. Note, when
previously ran plugin version 2.0M8, I didn't even need to have the
player executable in the system path - somehow the plugin was able to
find a player on its own.
Anyway, here is the debug snippet from mvn -X test run:
