My project has an html-template directory. When the flex module is
built, the target directory contains all the files (wrapper html file,
PlayerPoductInstall.swf, etc. I zip these things up and the unpack
them in the war module. So, I end up with the desired contents in my
war. However, from the command line, the flex module target directory
does not contain these files and I was hoping the "wrapper" goal would
take care of creating them and including them in the war. This is why
I find a difference between running within the IDE (where it creates
them) and outside the IDE (where it doesn't). I'm sure I'm doing
something wrong, I just don't know what. Perhaps this difference I'm
experiencing is exactly what is causing the wrapper goal not to work.
