In the morning, I realised I'd set the path to Maven 3-RC1 in my building-FlexMojos-terminal but not in my building-my-app-terminal. doh! Corrected and it built the app with modules not having RSL links to libraries = SUCCESS! Thanks and sorry for wasting your time yesterday. I look forward to contributing changes and making up for it in the long term :-D Rupert.
