Just to make it absolutely clear. As an user you DON'T NEED to build flexmojos from sources. No matter if you are using 1.0, 3.0, 3.9-SNAPSHOT or 4.0-SNAPSHOT.
Sonatype CI server deploys all snapshots to flexgroup. What happened here is a miss on the suggested configuration, the flexgroup repository it set to allow only released artifacts, so maven won't even try to grab flexmojos 4.0-SNAPSHOT (since settings.xml told maven to not do so) Also, do not use the public repo. That repository is meant only for people that are developing flexmojos (building from sources), adding it to your settings.xml will only slow down all and every maven build. So, instead of going that path, grab the SNAPSHOT built by sonatype CI servers. Or use one of the published alphas (latest 4.0-alpha-5) and stay tune for betas coming soon.
