I agree I think it's important to keep the tone respectful. For my part, I've had a reply from the product manager at Adobe who has alerted engineers to the problem and will hopefully feedback to me.
An Adobe evangelist (and old colleague) will be coming to the office here when he gets back from MAX and I'll be pushing getting the issue fixed to him. I'll let you know as I know more.
