Taking a look at TestRunMojo.java it looks like setting something like this up wouldn't be too hard at all. First I would need to create a new option (like "outputToConsole") for unit testing and then I would just need to use getLog() to output a summary result for each test coverage around line 375 in TestRunMojo if that option is specified, right?
