If I add the tag:
<runtimeLocales>
<locale>en_US</locale>
</runtimeLocales>
Doing a simple install will install the en-US rb twice which poses a
problem when deploying.
I've analysed the effective pom and I don't find anything else that
would explain this.
If I take it out it won't install a single en-US, if I place it, it
installs twice.
Any ideas?
