Ian - The archetypes are in bad shape as I too discovered a few months
back when I started.  There was a branch of flexmojos somewhere with
archetype improvements in the works, but I honestly can't recall where
it is or who was working on it.  Sorry I can't be more helpful.

It would be really nice to have a good "Flash Builder 4" archetype
based on Flex 4 rather than a FlexBuilder 3 archetype that uses Flex
3.
