You should post a pastebin with the maven output and another pastebin with your full POM to allow us to find out what's happening. By the error message I guess the classifier is used to load the swc or is not passed to the optimizer mojo.
Anyway, VELO is strongly suggesting to move toward flexmojos 4 which is not yet released as final but available as beta. Can you try flexmojos 4?
