<swfVersion/> is supported in FM 4.0-beta-6. You need a matching Flex SDK
dependency (v. 4.5.0.19786 works, defaults to FP10.2/swfVersion=11 iirc).
You also may need to add Sonatype's OSS Staging Repository, as the FM
4.0-beta-6 is not yet in the default flexgroup repo:
