it works for me with 3.9 :
I added this in flexmojos plugin config :
<configFiles>
<configFile>flex-config-swf-version-11.xml</configFile>
</configFiles>
and created the file flex-config-swf-version-11.xml :
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<flex-config>
<swf-version>11</swf-version>
</flex-config>
