Velo, I bumped my local version of Apparat to RC9 via manually editing the flexmojos-parent POM. It's the only addition to FM 4.0-beta-8 that is required, and coverage now works like a charm with the new version of Apparat and Flex 4.5 (Cobertura at least - not sure why but I wasn't getting Emma reports when I changed providers).
Any chance you can do a release of beta 8 with the new version of Apparat? I know you're busy but it's such a small change for such a big difference (working code coverage :).
