We recently switched from building with flexmojos version 3.9 to 4.1- beta due to a bug in the handling of externs in 3.9, I'm finding performance is on average slower for the new version.
I'm compiling many combinations of swfs from a single swc. Previously each swf would compile in less than a second. Now they take between 1 and 3 seconds to compile. Does anyone know the source of this slow down? Is there anything I can disable to restore the 3.9-like speeds?
