No FM is certainly not dead. I think the main problem is that I am currently working on re-deploying all available Adobe and Apache FDKs. These have a different structure from the original Velo FDKs and therefore FM needs some adjusting. That's what I'm currently working on. Unfortunately I'm completely swamped with work at the moment, so the spare time I have to finish this is very limited.
I know the Documentation problem and have allready started working on that. We have a new Wiki at flexmojos.atlassian.net and that's where I started moving documentation to from the old sonatype wiki and my own wiki to build one central documentation place, but this too need time and as I'm the only one doing anything, this takes even more time. Currently I only have UMTS Internet during the week so this limits me even more :-( There is only one official repo .. VELOs, mine is a branch, where I am doing my FM6 work. As soon as that's finished I'll merge that back. There is one Subversion repo at atlassian, where I started moving stuff, but I'll delete that soon as I don't want to go back from Git to SVN. Hopefully Atlassian will allow GIT repos soon (The Atlassian Stash repo really rocks). In the next weeks, I would like to have FM5.1 (final) released to finally have a release version. I too didn't like years of beta. A lot of people hesitate to use beta stuff ;-) What would be cool, if Velo could manage to have the old code repo deleted. Perhaps I could try to ask Sonatype to do that. After the documentation is moved from Sonatype to Atlassian I would like to have the sonatype wiki turned off (or redirect everything to Atlassian). So much for an update. If you like, I would be glad to have someone move the documentation from Sonatype to the Atlassian Wiki ...
