I think the notation with "moduleFiles" is FM3 having a look at the tests
in the testsuite I would suggest to use "modules" instead:
<modules>
<module>Module1.mxml</module>
<module>Module2.mxml</module>
<module>Module3.mxml</module>
<module>Module4.mxml</module>
<module>Module5.mxml</module>
<module>Module6.mxml</module>
</modules>
But this is just an assumption. I have not implemented that feature nor
ever used it. IntelliJ seems to complain about "moduleFiles" but seems to
be fine with "modules" and Since IntalliJ validates the configuration
options, I'd simply give that a try. If this didn't work, pleas feel free
to report that and I'll do my best to find out how to do it.
