The candidate would be responsible for developing rich internet applications using Flex & Flash Media Server. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in software development and have an exposure to at least one project in Flex and Flash Media Server. 1) Primary Hard core programming knowledge in Flex 3.0, Flash Media Server 3, developing custom components, OOPS in Flex and XML. 2) Exposure to different frameworks like Cairngorm, Mate etc. 3) To work in intermediate level in server side technology interaction with Flex and ASP.NET. Desired Skills: 1) Expertise in Flex, Action Scripting3.0, and Flash Media Server. 2) Good knowledge of Flash server side scripting. 3) Good knowledge in creating custom component, XML/Database linked Flex web application development. 4) Knowledge of FDS. 5) Strong understanding and implementation of OOPS in Flex projects. 6) Should have good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and client facing skills. An ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in Flex action script and FMS development
