Normally, files can be uploaded by FileReference class.
Browse files using FileReference.browse();
FileReference.addEventListener(Event.SELECT, selectHandler), this will
be called after clicking on the open button in browse dialog box.
then call FileReference.upload(new URLRequest('pathtophpfile.php');
And in pathtophpfile.php, put the below script
move_uploaded_file ($_FILES['uploadFile'] ['tmp_name'], "../uploads/
{$_FILES['uploadFile'] ['name']}");
"../uploads/ will be the path to the folder in server.
