there are couple of ways which we can archive this , 1)make sure your application is smaller in size. 2) convert outer references to signed RSL ,so that once you load them next time it will be superb fast. 3) remove any embed images / video / other stuff which are hard on size 4) make all the reference css files to swf's and load them accordingly (having image based css would have multiple loader times.)
