Hello, CapGemini is looking for Flex/J2EE developers with around 3/4 years of experience. Candidates should have worked with the integration of Flex with server side J2EE technologies like GDS, LiveCycle DS or BlazeDS. If you don't have practical experience with these server side technologies, its ok. However, you have to have an idea of what they are and a little about how they work.
