Yes cuepoint functionality can solve your problem. but you have to set the cue point message during the time of the making the flv files. you can also set the cue point manually in your action script. But for that you have to change it every time when ever you will upload/show a new flv file.
Note: *"**convert audio in a video file to text and disply in a text file" . * Is there any kind of software which convert the audio file in to text mode???? I don't know such thing.
