I run my flexbackup from the /etc/crontab file and the system automatically
emails the output to me.  It defaults to mailing the output to the owner of
the /etc/crontab file (which is usually root), but I believe that you can
put a MAILTO="fred" line in the file which will mail the output directly to
the user 'fred'.
