Unfortunately around 30 tabs is as specific as we can get at the moment. Its quite a large project with some standards that have already been put in place for multirow tabs.
The DHTML versions of the controls required are finished and it would be a shame to have to write custom components to get similar functionality out of flex. Gareth.
