[flexcoders] About dialog boxes

Hello, all.   This comes from our GUI Developer who comes from a Java background and is moving on to Flex.   Is there an easy way in Flex to show dialog boxes? Anything similar to javax.swing.JOptionPane, with its constants and predefined icons? If not, is it safe to assume thar customizing TitleWindow is the correct approach?   Thanks in advance.   J.
