Hi Nithya,
 
Flex (or, more correctly, the Flash Player) does have the notion of a context menu that can be configured - check the docs for details:

However, there is a limitation of the current player where the context menu can only be shown on components inside the root container (ie. mx.core.Application.application). You can get around this by having the context menu on the root object and changing its dynamically at runtime depending on which component the mouse is over, but its a bit more work for you.
