Hi Tim,
Yup, you got it right... it works doesn't
it ? :)
Ya from now on, your ant build script will
basically copy all your files to the N:\Daemon\JRun\servers\test\flex\ folder,
so you can run the app and test it.
Enjoy!

Subject: [flexcoders] Installing Flex on a JRun 4 Server (Windows)
for some feed back on how I did it, wether I have the right idea or am
off.
Installed JRun 4 to
"N:\Daemon\JRun\"
After install I started the Admin Service on port 8000 and created a
new server called "test" so that it sits at
"N:\Daemon\JRun\servers\test\" on port 8101
Test it out and I recieve "Welcome to JRun 4!" so good that works
I proceeded to install Flex to the default install directory
"C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Flex\" After that I opened the "flex.war"
file in WinRAR and extracted the Archive to
"N:\Daemon\JRun\servers\test\flex\"
I created an MXML file with just a button and it works at the address
http://ip:8101/flex/test.mxml
So my question is I guess was this the correct way to do it? and is
there a way to get Flex to work on the entire JRun installation?
instead of just this "test" server? and do all my Apps that I create
as it is now have to be created under "N:\Daemon\J
Run\servers\test\flex\"?
Thanks
Tim
