Ritesh,

I'm no expert on .net, but I think that any application that can do this will need to support MS latest flavour of OLE.

I have heard the newer version of the MS OSs and their RIA framework will include Office components.  So instead of a datagrid, you would have Excel.

I have also heard that the actual reality of this is pretty far off, like years and years away.

Well that's my limited knowledge, only rumours at this point.  Anyone have the real inside scoop?

Thanks,
Al

Unless I am mistaken, the Flash player doesn't support this functionality.

Thanks Jimmy for the responses, I am reading the websites that you
pointed.

Could you or anybody tell why we cannot paste rows and columns in
EXCEL to DataGrid, has anybody done any research on this topic?

Thanks,
Ritesh
