I suppose you could build a flash loader to get the correct url from the server
and load it. That way the user could always reference the same URL and the
flash loader would have to get the correct (changing) url from the server
before loading the main application.

The straight froward approach would be to append the url with now date or
something, to make it different from the one in the cache...
