Hi, He was on vacation for over a month. If I was him, after that long of vacation not doing anything job related, I would be enjoying programming in flex again. I bet that is what he is doing... enjoying his work again. :)
I'm sure you will see him around. Personally, I can't see how he can answer so much when he still has his framework engineering to do.
