[flexcoders] How to handle RemoteObject timeouts

Hi,

I'm searching for a good way to handle request timouts of remote  
object calls. There is no event which handles timeouts, but you can  
set a requestTimout for a RemoteObject - so what is that good for ?

Every idea is welcome.
