How do I implement custom MenuBar opening and closing transitions? I've tried changing the showEffect and hideEffect properties on a MXML MenuBar node, but nothing changes. Does anyone know how to do this? I have scoured the livedocs and reference and couldn't find anything. I've looked at using the mx:Fade transition but I cannot get anything to work.
