I seem to be up and running and again, but I had to ignore a few warnings.
I'm on Mac, and I think this is roughly what I did:

1) Download and extract Ganymede JEE (After I had problems opening the MXML
editor on a previous attempt I figured there might be some WTP dependency so
I went for the full JEE version)
2) Install 3.0.1 plug-in (why no 3.0.2 plug-in installer?) - choose proceed
with caution if it doesn't recognize that the folder selected is valid
Eclipse. At the end of the install, *don't* let the Adobe updater do its
thing
3) Run the separately-downloaded 3.0.2 updater (I think there might have
been another proceed-with-caution type incident.

In my case I then proceeded to get Subversive 0.7.5 from the Polarion site,
a saga in its own right.

I had one uninformative compiler error complaining about
-include-resource-bundle. This was fixed by setting the default SDK to 3.1
(which is actually still over in my previous FB install folder).

Related question. If I get SDK 3.2 and build with that, am I comitted to
Flash Player 10?
