Look at the generated wrapper code.  Track the "AC_FL_RunContent"
function into the AC_OETags.js file,  You will see where the url to the
swf is being built.  Append a string to that, maybe using
Date.getTime().

 

Be sure to save your changes to the html/js files so they are not lost
if you change project settings.
