flash 10 lets you to easily change the mouse cursor and it contains the correct cursors so no need to create your own. the example uses gumbo components, but you don't need to. Just make sure that flexbuilder is using playerglobal.swc for flashplayer 10 (if you're not sure then have a look at this http://www.communitymx.com/content/article.cfm?page=1&cid=105CF) Kenneth.
