I need to jump start my Flex Development and would like to hire a programmer/consultant for several small projects. There could be future projects as well. Can anyone direct me to a web site(s) where I can find contract prgrammers/consultants who have strong MM Flex experience? Or can you recommend someone. I know some of you guys have mentioned consulting rates, but you all are very busy at your current jobs, projects, etc. and based on what I have read I am not sure you have the time.
