In case you want to write one on your own, start overriding the DividedBox class. http://livedocs.macromedia.com/flex/15/asdocs_en/mx/containers/DividedBox.html Listen to mouseDown, etc., on the individual dividers (see getDividerAt), then when the mouse is clicked you snap them to their new positions using moveDivider.
