Make it a Panel instead of a TitleWindow.
Use the same method to pop it up.
The only difference is you cant have the little close button in the top right corner.

Subject: [flexcoders] Make a PopUp non-draggable
Date: Tue, 06 Sep 2005 16:23:34 -0000
Hi,
How do I make a popUp TitleWindow non-draggable (i.e. fixed in
position so that trying to drag it around the parent container is not
allowed)
Thanks in advance,
Iain
