If you're working on a flex project, you might want to read the following article : http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/Targeting+Flash+Player+10 note that you should use last stable build of the flex 3.5 sdk instead of the v.3.0 of the sdk as they suggest in the tutorial.
