I've just created a class extending ComboBox. Everything works as expected when I run the code, but in FlexBuilder, the new XComboBox does not appear in the design view. I would have thought that FlexBuilder would show a standard comboBox on screen for this extended class. Do we loose the nice design view on extended visual components, or is there something I've overlooked in my code?
