Another tool, the Network Connection Debugger, came with my Flex (1.5) install. I'm not sure if it's still available and compatible with Flex 2.0, but it should be located at C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Flex\extras\netConnectionDebugger\NetConnectionDebugger.html
